I love the outdoors! While being a glamorous +1 is always amazing, I do enjoy getting my hands dirty (in more ways than one). I had a fabulous day completing a hike in Wales and ended the day with a hearty meal fit for a king and yes I did clear my plate. There is something about the country air that is different and this is coming from an unapologetic city girl, the fresh air seems to energise me and refresh my body and mind! Good company, good food and beautiful views, what more could a lady ask for?
